Gian has over 25 years of experience as a business owner in finance and real estate. Unlike most politicians, Gian has built a successful business from the ground up and helped dozens of Long Island families save for retirement and achieve their dream of homeownership. So while most politicians speak theoretically on issues like inflation, job creation, and affordable housing, Gian has actual real-world experience with them.
MEET GIAN
Gian Jones grew up the oldest of three children in a single-parent, moderate-income household. From an early age, he learned the value of hard work, responsibility, and perseverance by watching his mother work tirelessly to provide for her family. Those lessons shaped his life.
Gian worked his way through NYU, built a successful career in finance and real estate, and became a business and community leader who understands how the economy actually works for working families and small businesses. Today, he is raising his son with the same values his mother instilled in him—discipline, opportunity, and accountability.
Long Island families are feeling squeezed. Property taxes are too high. Housing is increasingly unaffordable. Small businesses are drowning in red tape. And too many families are worried about safety in their communities. Gian believes Long Islanders deserve a representative who understands these pressures firsthand—and who will fight for practical solutions in Washington.
That’s why Gian is running for Congress on a commonsense, pro-business platform focused on restoring the SALT deduction permanently, lowering the tax burden on middle-class families, supporting small businesses, and keeping Long Island communities safe. He believes government should work for people who play by the rules—not make their lives harder.
